Lindsay Lohan Steals Fur

Lindsay Lohan has been called many nasty things in her day, and now she can add fur thief to the list. A 22-year-old Columbia University student claims that the Mean Girls star made off with her 11-thousand-dollar blonde mink coat, a gift from her grandmother. Masha Markova says she sat next to Lindsay at New York party thrown by a friend of Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos in January. An hour later, when she went to leave, the coat was gone. Fast-forward to a February edition of O-K magazine, where Markova spotted a photo of Lindsay decked out in her coat. Her lawyer called Lindsay's lawyer, and a few days later, the coat was delivered to her apartment -- smelling of cigarettes and alcohol and with a small tear in the lining. Markova wants 10-thousand-dollars and an apology from Lindsay for the unauthorized three-week fur rental. |
