While Madonna reportedly gets her legal ducks in a row to divorce husband Guy Ritchie, a lavish 50th birthday party for the Material Mom is being planned -- by husband Guy Ritchie! According to London's Daily Mail, "In between putting the finishing touches to his latest gangster movie, Rock 'n Rolla...Richie has quietly been arranging a lavish party to celebrate Madge's 50th birthday" on August 16th. He's reportedly planning to invite 200 friends to their country home for the bash, which a supposed "close chum" calls proof that everything is fine with the supposedly tottering marriage.

Meanwhile, things are not okay at Madge's childhood home. The suburban Detroit home went up in a blaze Friday night, and yesterday the local sheriff's department deemed the fire suspicious was investigating the possibility of arson.
