Madonna Strikes Rumors

Madonna is not divorcing Guy Ritchie and not going to third base with New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez. That's according to her longtime mouthpiece, Liz Rosenberg, who has ridden in to shut up the rumor stampede, just as the latest Mister Madonna was winging to New York from London. Enough was apparently enough with reports that the Material Mom was sneaking around with the all-star third baseman. Rosenberg doesn't deny the Madonna-Rodriguez connection, but tells People magazine, "Madonna and Alex have the same manager... They know each other, and Madonna took her kids to a Yankees game last week." As for the divorce rumblings, Rosenberg says, "Madonna's husband Guy arrived in New York...to be with his wife and family -- not in a last-ditch attempt to save his marriage, which does not need saving. There are no plans for Madonna and Guy to divorce." |
