Add Nashville Star judge John Rich to the list of people presume Paula Abdul was whacked out on drugs when she flubbed a critique last week. Half of the country duo Big and Rich, the judge says, "The way American Idol handles their artists to me is absolutely disrespectful, in my opinion as an artist. The scripted comments and showing up on set where you can't think straight or make a cognizant comment about someone's performance. These artists on stage are putting their life out in front of you. This is their dream. This is do-or-die for them." |
